Pro Plan Questions
How many simultaneous calls can the Pro plan handle?
Like all Hopetel VoIP plans, Pro is a single-line service with one concurrent call at a time — Pro does not include multi-extension or PBX functionality. If your business needs multiple team members answering simultaneously, contact our support team about running several individual Hopetel lines side by side.
Can I port an existing number onto the Pro plan?
Yes. Number porting is available on all plans including Pro, as a paid add-on: R250 once-off for South African numbers, typically completed within 3 working days once we have your documents (most recent invoice from your current provider, a copy of your ID, and proof of residence). Our support team coordinates the port request with your previous provider, and your existing number keeps ringing normally until the port completes.
